Feel free to browse, our catalog of in-person training workshops, and online course offerings.  We also offer gift certificates that do not expire.  They can be purchased in any amount starting from $50.00 to $1,000.00.

Payment Options

Our online checkout process is secure.  For your convenience, you can both register for a class and make your online payment from this catalog.  We offer multiple options for payment.  We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express), and access to Paypal and Google Checkout is available by clicking on the Paypal or Google Checkout button during checkout.  We offer an option to fax or mail in a print out of your order form to us with a check or credit card payment (*Note for check payments: we may be unable to hold space to wait for mailing and processing of a check if there is a high demand for a class). 

Registration and Account Creation

Click on "Register" from any page to create an account with us.  Creating an account with a username and password will allow you to login to your account at anytime,without having to re-enter registration information, and allows you to return at a later time and easily view your account and order status.  You may also order, register, and pay for a class in this catalog without creating an account.  Fill in the course registration form as completely as possible.  Upon checkout you will be required to check that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions for use of our site, so be sure to read this section.

We schedule courses frequently.  If you would like to be sent updates on our offerings, click the check box within the registration page to receive emails from us (on course offerings, we do not send spam!  See our Terms and Conditions on this page for details on our terms of use).  You can enter in the registration comments which other courses you are interested in. 

**Note** Class Dates are not listed in this catalog.  To view our in-person class schedule: click here to go to our Calendar page.  Scheduled classes are listed on the Calendar under the name of each month.  Download details on any class by clicking on the highlighted date for the class.  Click here to contact us for any questions.

Class Availability

To order a chosen class, click on  the class icon, and on the next page click  the green rectangle labeled "Add to Basket" (Shopping Cart) or "Buy" that appears within the item description.  (If one of these icons do not appear; registration for that class is closed or unavailable).  To add more than one type of class to your order simply repeat this process with each class ordered.  To complete  registration and make a payment, click on the green rectangle labeled "View Basket".  This takes you to the Shopping Cart.  Within the Shopping Cart, the column labeled "Stock" will show how many attendee spaces are still available for that class.  Review your order, and click the green rectangle labeled "Place Order Now" to continue to payment options.

Refund, Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

No refunds will be given for scheduled classes or classes cancelled by customers after payment and registration is accepted by PICC Resource Associates, LLC (with the exception of classes cancelled by PICC Resource Associates, LLC when unable to sufficiently fill class attendance; if this occurs registrants for the cancelled class will be notified within 3 to 4 weeks prior to the class start date). If a customer completes payment and registration for a class, and is unable to attend the class; the customer may elect to apply the registration and payment to another future date for the same class or for a class determined to be of similar content and value at the discretion of PICC Resource Associates, LLC and upon agreement of the customer.
 
No refunds or exchanges are be given for digital products such as the online programs or DVD ROM programs once purchased.  Exception: For products to be shipped (DVD ROMs and Veinlites): if a cancellation is made in less than 24 hours, and the product has not yet shipped- we may be able cancel an order if we are notified within normal business hours

Damaged Products

Damaged DVD ROMs damaged in shipping can be returned for a new DVD ROM if we are contacted within 2 days of the package arrival date and shipped back to us (postage paid by purchaser) within 7 working days.  Once we receive the DVD ROM and confirm that it is damaged, we will ship a new DVD ROM to the purchaser with shipping costs paid by us for the rep;acement DVD. Veinlites are returned to the manufacturer, Translite, LLC per their policies.  In general the portable veinlites have a one year parts and labor warranty that is activated by submitting a registration of the product purchase with Translite, LLC via www.veinlite.com or by calling Translite at (281) 240-3111.
